Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Näpfle, Bahnhofstr. 15, 63762 Großostheim, Germany, Tel .: 0049-6026-9999399, email: kontakt (ät) naepfle.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. with the Letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website www.naepfle.de. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal
In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received service or benefits (e.g. benefit from use), or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop.

Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet received the consideration or a have made the contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent as a parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

    for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
    for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly,
    for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
    for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
    for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,
    for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery
    for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
